Thank you for shopping with Moth – A Nova Design Co. Every item is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted with care. Because our products are made individually, we ask that you review the following shipping information before placing your order.
Processing Time
Each order is prepared specifically for you.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. During holidays, product launches, market events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.
If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your package.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier has received your package.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Moth – A Nova Design Co. is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier service interruptions, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before your order has shipped.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking around your property and with household members.
- Contacting neighbors or your property manager.
- Reaching out to the shipping carrier to file a delivery inquiry.
If you need assistance, we are happy to help guide you through the process.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
Once we review the information, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Multiple Items
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate shipments to ensure safe packaging or due to product availability.
If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
