Return & Refund Policy

At Moth – A Nova Design Co., every piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted with care. Because our products are made individually rather than mass-produced, we ask that you review the following policy before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After the initial 24-hour period, production is considered to have begun. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Returns

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final after the 24-hour cancellation period.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Ordering the incorrect item
Color or design preference
Gift recipients' preferences
Normal handcrafted variations

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our work.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of:
- The product
- The shipping box and packaging
- The shipping label

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Handcrafted Variations

Every item is individually handcrafted. Slight variations in color, image placement, texture, or other small details are a natural part of the artistic process and make each piece unique.

These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

Personalized or Custom Orders

Personalized, custom, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun unless they arrive damaged or contain an error made by Moth – A Nova Design Co.
